MSWS Dispatch — End-User License Agreement
Effective date: September 22, 2026
Purpose and authorized users
MSWS Dispatch is an internal rental, inventory, dispatch, and accounting-workflow application operated by Mid State Waste Solutions LLC. This agreement governs authorized personnel’s use of the application. It does not replace the company’s dumpster rental agreement with customers.
Limited permission to use the application
Mid State Waste Solutions LLC grants its authorized personnel a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use MSWS Dispatch solely for the company’s approved business activities. This permission lasts only while the company authorizes the individual’s access. No right to resell, sublicense, distribute, or operate the application for another business is granted.
Accounts and permitted use
Users must use their authorized accounts, protect their sign-in information, and follow the company’s access and security instructions. Users must not share credentials, bypass access controls, access records without authorization, or use the application for unlawful purposes. Suspected unauthorized access or incorrect financial records should be reported promptly to the company contact below.
QuickBooks and other connected services
An authorized company administrator must approve any connection to the company’s QuickBooks Online account. Enabled functions may read company, customer, product/service, invoice, and payment-status information and create customers and itemized invoices. Users must review customer matches, line items, dates, taxes, and totals before authorizing accounting entries.
Card and ACH charges are handled separately through QuickBooks, GoPayment, or another authorized payment provider. Users must not enter full card numbers, security codes, or online banking passwords in Dispatch notes or ordinary contact fields.
The application may also connect with services used for hosting, website bookings, calendars, addresses, and routing. Those services remain subject to their own terms, account permissions, and availability. MSWS Dispatch is operated by Mid State Waste Solutions LLC and is not an Intuit product or an Intuit endorsement.
Business records and privacy
Users may access and process information only for authorized company work. The company’s published Privacy Policy & Cookie Disclosure (https://www.midstatewastesolutions.com/privacy-policy-cookie-disclosure) describes its handling of personal information. Disconnecting an integration does not itself delete existing business or accounting records. Requests concerning access, corrections, retention, or deletion should be directed to the company.
Availability and review of results
The application and its integrations may be unavailable or return incomplete or incorrect information. Users must check important operational and accounting results and report discrepancies. The application does not replace professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. Nothing in this agreement excludes rights or obligations that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
Ending access and changes
The company may suspend or end an individual’s access when it is no longer authorized or when needed to protect the application or business records. Once access ends, the individual must stop using the application. Any material changes to these terms will be communicated to authorized users before being applied to their continued use.
